Yoga By Kelly offers simple and accesible vinyasa flow style yoga suitable for all levels.
I am excited to begin my teaching journey having completed my RYT200 in Reformation, Dublin with the wonderful Lee Tracey, Annie Kirwan and Lucy Bloom.
Yoga has been a practice of mine for over 6 years now and I know how powerful a tool it can be for us.
I hope to bring a little bit of ease, a lot of joyful movement and a peaceful amtmosphere to your day.
