5 Star ReviewI've just started working with Jess with the intention of keeping as fit and healthy as I can through pregnancy, and she has been nothing short of amazing. I was wary of what I can and can't do while pregnant, and had completely given up on anything more than walking. Jess is really lovely to deal with, and even more importantly really knowledgeable. She explains everything fully so I'm aware of why I should or shouldn't be doing a particular move, and created a program for me that I'm excited to keep going with! I feel really at ease and confident working out while pregnant now - genuinely, she's fantastic!
