Hey! My name is Kelsey, I am a Personal Trainer and Coach at UNIT 3: Health and Fitness.
I have been working in the industry since I was 18 years old and have been lucky enough to help a lot of people on their health and fitness journey. I work with clients of all ages ranging from 14 to 50. These amazing people include young athletes, people looking to improve their strength, and others looking for a bit of guidance towards a healthier and happier lifestyle.
I am currently completing my BSc degree in Sports Science and Health. I have competed in many sports throughout my life and I am very passionate about mental and physical stength, health and wellbeing.
I strive to help clients work towards becoming their healthiest and happiest version of themselves. I have worked with an array of clients looking to improve their strength, fitness and overall health.
