I wanted to pursue a career in health and fitness as i believe there is many benefits from living a a healthy lifestyle! Not only are there many advantages to exercising but also to tieing in a healthy nutrition plan daily. This is something i try to implent with clients that i train, that they should enjoy their training and also see food as the fuel that will help them achieve their results!
I see exercise as both a privilege and and enjoyment factor that everyone can take part in.

5 Star ReviewI completed a workout plan with Hayden in the weeks leading up to Christmas. This consisted of 3 workouts per week that could be done at home which was ideal to help keep up some sort exercise during the dark winter months. I had done a plan with Hayden before so I knew I liked the simple style of his tailor-made workouts. Personally, I don't like going to a gym or doing complicated workouts involving heavy weights, so Hayden made sure to account for this in the plan with simple yet effective body-weight exercises. Hayden held me accountable by checking in via WhatsApp on workout days. He also sent on tutorial videos demonstrating how to complete each exercise so I could work on technique and make sure I was working the correct muscle groups. Hayden was available whenever I had a question and also substituted or adapted some of the exercises that I couldn't do. I think Hayden's body-weight workout plans are great for overall strength and conditioning. I noticed increased upper body strength which is exactly what I wanted and I can see much more definition in my arms and shoulders. I would highly recommend Hayden's workout plans to anyone who wants to tone up and gain strength but just know that consistency is key, the plan will only work if you do too!
