I am a qualified Personal Trainer living with Multiple Sclerosis for the past 16years. I am also the owner of Fit Fusion.
Fit Fusion prides itself on inclusion for all with the main focus on ABILITY & positivity. We train clients of all spectrums, from soccer players to mobility aid users who have very limited range. Some services include Home Visits to those who have difficulty accessing the gym, classes with local MS organisations, 1:1 gym & online PT.

Andy is joined by Susan Carey, a Personal Trainer from Kerry who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis at the age of 14.
Susan discusses her journey from diagnosis all the way to becoming a Personal Trainer, including undergoing a mild form of chemotherapy, having to push her own limits, and how everything she has been through has made her more empathetic towards her clients regardless of their situation.
