My name is Cathy Grant and I am a Nutrition and Fitness Coach. My passion is helping others achieve a healthy and active lifestyle. Together we create a balanced approach to food and fitness that suits the lifestyle of each client. It doesn't have to be all Kale and no Chocolate!
I have worked with a wide variety of people looking from fatloss to fitness, from pregnant to post pregnancy, from beginner to athlete, from injury to strength. My main expertise is working with women aged 25-50 looking for fatloss, strength, and pregnancy.
I believe that exercise should be a part of our daily life, a habit just like eating, sleeping or socialising. Because you’re worth it! Your health is important to me! I take pride in educating my clients about exercise and nutrition, while building confidence using equipment and completing exercises with proper technique. What makes this type of work even more enjoyable is seeing you transform not only physically but mentally and emotionally too. You will learn to love exercise, love your relationship with food and love yourself!
