My goal is to help everyday, normal women make better lifestyle choices and understand their bodies without sacrificing their current lifestyle. I want to show people that small changes can make a difference and can be enjoyable!
I offer both online coaching as well as 1-1 Personal Training sessions. My coaching includes training/workout programmes, nutrition/dietary guidelines, lifestyle targets (eg step goal, water intake goal) and in person personal training sessions.
EVERY woman deserves to feel confident, sexy, strong and fit, and I can help you become the best version of yourself! If you just want your jeans to fit better, keep up with your active children or have more energy, I would love to work with you!

5 Star ReviewThis was my first time trying any sort of fitness/nutrition programme and Im really glad I decided to go to Meg to do it! She new straight away that I was a bit nervous starting this and she was great to check in and encourage me when I needed it! The best part of this was that I could still eat all my favourite foods without feeling guilty and if I had a bad week Meg would be so understanding and just tell me to draw a line under it! Safe to say my confidence has grown since starting with Meg and Im no longer scared with I think about nutrition plans and workouts! Definitely will be signing up again!
