My main focus is to introduce life style changes resulting in a long term sustainable and healthy physique and mindset. My service includes a free initial consultation, dietary guidance and meal prep planning, fortnightly check ins and measurements and client support between sessions via whattsap/facebook.
My own fitness journey commenced when I won a membership for a local gym a number of years ago. Prior to that I had never set foot in a gym and exercise was alien to me. I was the nervous newbie who was extremely self conscious and awkward. I lacked confidence and was a regular sufferer of panic attacks. I embraced exercise though and it embraced me right back and my life has changed dramatically since. I love everything about fitness, I love the meeting new people, the learning new skills, the being able to help someone. Its an amazing world which constantly develops.
