My name is Mairead Mc Cormack, I hold a B.Sc Degree in Health & Leisure specialising in Fitness Professional, I have years of experience and have worked in both one to one & group training environments, catering for all levels. 
I have both online coaching and in person coaching available. 
The in person coaching is available from the Warehouse Gym, Mervue, Co. Galway, an our second facility located in Oranmore, Co. Galway.
