My name is Orlaith O Brien, I am based in the Drogheda area for all things health and fitness.
Like many others, I became interested in training and nutrition and decided I wanted to help others do the same. However I think there is more to health then just our nutrition and physique. Over the years I have learnt so much about my mental health, through books, podcasts and councelling, all of which has helped me to better understand our minds. My approach on working with clients isn't about getting them down to 6% body fat (unless that's your goal) my focus is on improving your mindset. Helping people to feel happier by making small changes through practising gratitiude, positive self talk, daily affirmations and meditatating. When we feel better, we look better and do better. It all starts with our minds.
