Hey, I'm a 3rd year Sport and Exercise Science student at ITCarlow working as a fitness instructor as well. I have 3 years experience as an instructor from creating programmes and teaching a variety of classes. Endurance type sports are what I train for but I take time in training in as many disciplines and types as I can and spend time learning about different sports and training styles to be as adaptable as I can be to clients whether it's for improving sports performance or looking to improve body aesthetics. Always looking to learn and improve and continue achieving results that clients set as there goals.
Qualifications: QQI 5 in Sports, recreation and exercise. 2 years left in a Bachleor of Science degree level 8
