Personal trainer and nutritional coach that aids in fat loss, muscle gain and body re-composition as well as an Athletic and Rehabilitation Therapist specializing in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries for both athletes and the general population.

I work as a personal trainer at the Health Hub gym in Swinford

I also run my own classes out of the Knockmore/Rathduff community centre

I provide injury assessment, diagnosis, treatment and rehabiliation for private clients in my clinic and also work with sports teams providing match services such as Emergency first aid cover, massage, joint tapings/strapping etc.
