This passion for fitness led me to get my diploma in personal training and nutrition , and then go on to get a diploma in sports management and recreation studies. 5 Star ReviewI started online coaching with Gary back in March when he was advertising a 21 day challenge. I was so impressed by the level of support I received during this time with check ins and general questions I had about certain exercises, form etc. In these 3 weeks I had lost 6lbs but also lots 2 inches off my waist. I continued online training until the gyms reopened and that's when I started 1 to 1 personal training with him. Although each session is tough I'm really starting to notice a difference now in my strength. Would highly recommend him as a personal trainer for fat loss, strength training and muscle building.
