Hi everyone,

 

My name is Alanna! I'm a personal trainer, group instructor and I help people build sustainable nurtition habits. I spend most of my time coaching people towards a healthier, happier and fitter lifestyle from both an exercise and nutrition point of view :) 

 

Having played sports all my life, nutrition, exercise and how the body works has always been an interest of mine. I come from a Science background but in the last 2 years I have built my career in the health and fitness world. Through continuous education and gaining confidence/belief in myself, I feel I have the tools necessary to help kickstart your fitness journey. I am extremely passionate about helping others improve their life and gain all the positive benefits that can be achieved through health and fitness, as I did mine. I have worked with several age groups from under 10s to over 50s and have enjoyed every bit of it! We are all on different fitness journeys but my goal as a personal trainer is to guide you along yours, creating sustainable habits so you can reap the long term benefits. Motivation will come and go but that’s why I am here to help! There is no one size fits all and in order to create long term sustainable results, together we will create a unique plan that fits into your lifestyle, stress free. If you want to lose weight, gain weight, build muscle, get fitter or just become a healthier version of you, I can help. I believe fitness should add to your life, not take from it and training should be enjoyable, yet challenging. I can help you create this balance.
