Hey, I'm Naomi, I'm a Fitness Coach based in the Sandyford, Dundrum, Ballinteer, Churchtown, Milltown and Rathfarnham area. I'm passionate about Health, Fitness, mindfulness, body positivity and sustainable habit change. I am looking to help people of all ages and stages out with their health and fitness journey. I understand that everyone is an individual and should be treated as such by their coach. Being active has brought me so much happiness and I want to help share that with others.
REPS level 3 & 4 Fitness coach incl, group fitness coaching and nutrition with Physical Activity.
NTC Certification in Pre & Post Natal exercise.
Currently partaking in the Award in Mental Health and Fitness coaching program with TheMentalHealthPT.
Provisionally booked to run 'return to fitness' for all levels, Summer Bootcamps at Three Rock Rovers Hockey club in Rathfarnham from May onwards, once Lockdown restrictions have been eased.
