The benefits and features of our Online Coaching program:
-Initial consultation with a certified personal trainer to discuss fitness goals, medical history, and any limitations or injuries
-Customized workout plan tailored to individual needs and goals, including exercises, sets, reps, and rest periods
-Access to a library of instructional videos and demonstrations for each exercise in the workout plan
-Weekly check-ins with the personal trainer to track progress, discuss any challenges or questions, and make adjustments to the plan as needed
-Nutritional guidance and support, including meal planning and recommendations for supplements or protein powders
-Unlimited email support for questions and feedback throughout the duration of the program
-Access to a private community or forum of other participants in the program for additional support and motivation
