Although we use various modes of exercise depending on the clients needs, we are passionate about bodyweight exercise. With bodyweight exericse and calisthenics, you don't have to lose lots of money and space on home weights or have a gym subscription. You can even be outdoors if you prefer.

5 Star ReviewI wanted to lose some weight that had snuck up over the years, and generally feel a bit stronger. I signed up to train with Keith at Custom Fitness and it was the best decision ever! He was so helpful and explained all the exercises so well. He helped me track my food and put together really fun workout programs for me( he would adjust the programs regularly so It keeps it interesting and I always feel like I’m learning new movements). He is super friendly and knows his stuff! Five stars all round! Couldn’t recommend him more highly. He was also great when I had a leg injury for a while- and he knew how to adapt my workout program around that so I don’t lose any of my progress. I’ve lost 8 kg and I’m so much stronger and happier!
